Overview:
Noor Digital Services continues to strengthen its partnership with “Mashid Contracting” by delivering a professional building site map design for one of their real estate projects. The objective of this project was to transform complex geographic data into a clear and attractive visual guide, making it easy for clients and investors to understand the project’s strategic location and navigate to it effortlessly.
Design Philosophy:
Our design approach for this map relied on the principle of “precise visual clarity.” We used calm, eye-pleasing colors to zone the surrounding geographic areas, highlighting the building’s location in the center with a prominent 3D icon. This style reflects Mashid’s professionalism in selecting strategic locations for its projects and allows the viewer to grasp the geographic surroundings at a single glance.
Technical or Artistic Features:
An architectural infographic style was employed to accurately pinpoint actual distances (such as 600 meters, 800 meters, and 1 km) between the project and nearby vital landmarks like hospitals, mosques, and main highways. The design features a high resolution, making it perfectly suited for dual use: both as an interactive element on the website and as high-quality printed collateral in the company’s marketing offices.
The Result:
This design provided a powerful marketing and navigational tool for “Mashid Contracting.” It successfully highlighted the strategic value of the location, streamlining the real estate presentation process for potential clients. This ultimately elevated trust and boosted the project’s appeal through a comprehensive and highly professional visual demonstration.
