Use of the noords.net website (hereinafter considered a “Service”) is subject to the Terms. You can find the conditions on this page. By using this service, you agree to the terms below.
Article 1: Use of this service
1.1. You can use this paid service to create a restaurant or food store website using the previously designed template by communicating with us directly through the site. You are solely responsible for the use of the tools and features of this Service.
Article 2: Rules of Use
2.1. Using this service to violate local and international laws is prohibited. It includes using or posting services that contain slanderous, defamatory, or racist messages or sending unsolicited messages.
2.3. We have the right to prevent you from using your account without refunding any money or closing your account completely in the event that Al Noor Digital Services discovers that you have violated any or all of the rules of use or if there is a complaint about that.
2.4. Al-Nour Digital Services has the right to take the logically necessary measures to eliminate any viruses, “Trojan” files, similar harmful software, leak personal information, compress the network by sending a large amount of emails directed to Al-Nour digital services servers via the Internet or by third party people
2.5. It is not possible to sell, rent, transfer the right to use or provide the services of the site to a third party in a paid or unpaid way in any way except through our officially approved marketers.
2.6. Noor Digital Services has the right to report and be informed of the charges filed. Noor Digital Services has the right to share your information to reach you, such as your name, geographic location, IP address or any other information known about you in the event that the complaint directed is reasonable. There is no other way to obtain this information, there is a clear consequence of the delivery of this information by the third party.
2.7. Nour Digital Services has the right to fine you in case you violate these rules of use in the event of consequences arising from that, and it maintains its penal and legal rights. You may compensate Noor Digital Services for third party claims regarding all information provided by you.
Article 3: Maintenance and the possibility of providing use
3.1. Noor Digital Services undertakes to secure all needs, information about the user correctly and without any errors. In the event of problems in the program, insurance is normally provided by the parties.
3.2. Noor Digital Services is effectively present to provide maintenance work for the hosting during the service. This maintenance is done by informing about it at least 48 hours in advance, as this maintenance can be a reason for the service to be interrupted.
3.3 Nour Digital Services will provide all efforts to ensure that the service is permanent and uninterrupted, but when unresolvable problems occur despite the provision of sufficient effort, you accept not to ask Nour Digital Services to compensate or hold you responsible for the unavailability of the service.
3.4. The site has the right to add new features or add a different subscription tariff without informing about that in advance as well. You will not be forced to pay money during the period of use. Your evaluation and opinions on these changes are valuable to us but the final decision remains with Noor Digital Services.
Article 4: Intellectual Property
4.1. The designs, templates, images, information and software added on the site belong to Al Noor Digital Services as intellectual property. It is strictly prohibited to use and copy these resources without the permission of Noor Digital Services
4.2. The files that are downloaded using the Noor digital services service belong to the site based on the previous text
You may use the designs in accordance with the rights provided. We inform you that we prevent the use of more than one document within the service for unauthorized use. These laws and rights in addition to the attached conditions are dealt with even after the expiry of the contract term.
4.3. The rights to the final site files belong to you when they are published.
4.4. You may terminate this right by canceling or terminating the contract.
4.5. In the event of an error or advice for development coming from you, Nour Digital Services has the right to secure a sufficient and unlimited period for the use of this information. This case does not include the confidential information that you have highlighted. Noor Digital Services is not obliged to pay you a sum of money in the event that one of the tips is applied in its service.
4.6. The private information published and/or saved by you will not be considered in the event that Al Noor Digital Services provides a service with a good purpose or if it does not stand in court. In this case, the information will be preserved as much as possible by an official in Noor Digital Services.
Article 5: Service fee
There are costs for using the service. The latest fee information can be obtained on the website. Fees must be paid before receiving the service.
Noor Digital Services has the right to change the tariff of wages at the time it wants. In the event of these changes, you will be notified one month prior to the change. If you do not accept these changes, you can terminate the contract before the new renewal period.
We cannot cancel the payment process if there is a request from you to do so, because the implementation of the service begins immediately after the payment is made.
It is assumed that you have checked and liked the site before making the purchase. There is no right to request compensation after the purchase.
Article 6: Payment
Based on the payment instructions on the site, the first payment can be made using a credit card, PayPal, direct transfer via Wise or to our bank accounts.
In the event that you use a credit card or PayPal account belonging to someone other than you, in the event of a refusal of payment by the account holder, the legal and judicial responsibility rests with you.
Article 7: Responsibility
7.1. These responsibilities are followed below within the period of using the service in the absence of any legal provisions that go beyond the existing ideas.
7.2. Noor Digital Services is linked to the amount of payments for a period of two months before potential matters outside of intentional negligence occur.
7.3. Noor Digital Services is not expressly responsible for any business stagnation, loss of profit or indirect damages

In the event of a compelling cause, Noor for Digital Services is not obliged to pay any material amounts in the form of compensation under any circumstances in the event of damages that you have suffered in Noor for Digital Services. These reasons include flood accidents, fire, work stagnation, work complications, inability to enter the country, strike, traffic congestion, war, internal complications, loss of power, damage or interruptions in the work of the infrastructure of the electronic communication network or the Internet.
Article 8: Prices and Law Changes
8.1. Noor Digital Services has the right to change the service fees without referring to you

9.1. This contract is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey
9.2. Mandatory rules of law will be submitted to the competent local court located in Turkey to resolve all disputes with Noor Digital Services
9.3. Noor for Digital Services has the right to transfer its contractual rights and responsibilities as well as the personal data it processes to a third party that undertakes any commercial activity to connect to it in accordance with personal data protection legislation
9.4. The files and contracts will be sent to the e-mail or the WhatsApp contact number that you entered during the payment process. You are responsible for informing Noor Digital Services in the event that you change the contact information such as the e-mail, name and nickname. And you will be responsible in the event of any disputes or consequences of your failure to do so.
