Overview:
Al-Noor Digital Services continues to strengthen its strategic partnership with “Mashid Contracting Company” by providing a comprehensive illustrative map design service (Master Plan) for multiple construction sites within their latest real estate projects. The primary goal of this work was to transform complex geographic and planning data into an integrated visual guide, making it easier for clients and investors to understand the distribution of the sites, comprehend the spaces, and recognize the strategic location of the entire project for easy access.
Design Philosophy:
In designing this map, we relied on the principle of “Visual Clarity and Architectural Cohesion.” Calm and carefully selected colors were used to divide geographic areas and outline the road network, while harmoniously highlighting the distribution of the multiple construction sites using prominent 3D indicators and visual elements. This style reflects “Mashid Company’s” professionalism in urban planning and in selecting integrated strategic locations for its projects, making it easy for the viewer to grasp the overall layout and the geographical surroundings of the sites at a glance.
Technical or Artistic Features:
The map infographics style was employed to precisely define the geographical distribution of the company’s five construction sites within the capital, Damascus, and its surroundings (such as Harasta, Ein Terma, Al-Maliha, and Darayya). Each location was geographically distinguished with a 3D map pin, equipped with integrated text cards that clearly state the current status of each project, whether “Under Construction” or “Under Licensing.” The main road network and geographical directions were also highlighted in a visually comfortable manner. This artistic output features high resolution, making it ideal for dual use; whether as an interactive element on the website or as high-quality paper prints in the company’s marketing offices.
The Result:
This design provided a powerful marketing and guiding tool for “Mashid Contracting Company,” as it contributed to highlighting the massive scale of the project, its precise organization, and the strategic value of the location, thereby facilitating the real estate explanation process for potential clients. This led to elevating the level of reliability and increasing the investment appeal of these sites thanks to the comprehensive and professional visual presentation.
